| Wood Heat: Good For You, Good For Our Environment. |
A wood heating system is the right choice for the increasing number of people who are concerned about our environment. Unlike systems that rely on fossil fuels, wood is a totally renewable resource, which, when burned, results in no net carbon dioxide increase and helps reduce your carbon footprint. Carbon dioxide is part of the natural plant-growth cycle and occurs naturally when trees are allowed to rot on the forest floor. On the other hand, fossil fuels, when burned, release carbon dioxide which otherwise would stay trapped in the earth. The burning of fossil fuels causes a net increase in carbon dioxide, which is believed to be responsible for the heat-trapping greenhouse effect. In addition, harvesting firewood has a pruning effect on forests, which allows new growth to flourish. And the wood you burn most likely comes from your local area -- it's not imported, as is the case with oil.

The Central Boiler furnace models are engineered to be the most efficient outdoor wood furnaces available while providing the best durability, low maintenance features, and an appealing fit and finish. Our Classic models are manufactured using heavy gauge carbon steel and have proven their durability over many years of service. The Classic models are available in a choice of 9 different colors with the exception of the CL 7260 and the Pallet Burner which are available in charcoal. All of the Classic models are available in a Dual Fuel Ready Model with an optional fuel burner (standard on the CL 7260 and Pallet Burner).
1. Vent Cap: Design eliminates evaporation.
2. High Capacity Water Jacket: Receives multiple tests to ensure welding integrity. Certified high quality steel used - no mixed metals.
3. Ripple Top® Design: For increased heat transfer area and lower maintenance.
4. Large, Insulated Cast-Iron Door: Ergonomically designed with a large door for easy loading. Door is insulated for maximum efficiency. Door parts are powder coated for increased paint durability.
5. Automatic Draft Control: Thermostatically controls water temperature in system.
6. Skid Base Framework: Makes installation easy with or without cement foundation. Only the CL 7260 and Pallet Burner require a slab.
7. Welded Steel Framework: Heavy-gauge framework engineered for enhanced strength of side panels and roof.
8. Insulated Chimney: The chimney is a type HT listed factory-built chimney for wood burning appliances. Two 4-foot chimney sections standard.
9. Rear Exhaust Outlet: Increases efficiency. Eliminates leaks and corrosion that competitors experience from chimneys that exit through the roof. Designed for easy inspection. Reduces heat loss by over 50%.
10. Water-Filled HeatLock Baffle™: Creates secondary combustion area. Traps heat in firebox - will not warp or burn out with extreme heat.
11. Urethane Foam Insulation: Insulation is sprayed on and forms a 100% airtight seal around the water jacket.
12. Rectangular Firebox: Engineered with stay pins- will not collapse like round designs can.
13. Ash Pan: 3/8" thick, formed ash pan is durable and easy to clean. (1/4” thick, formed ash pan on stainless steel models.)
- Fan Draft option available for all models.
- A dual fuel ready option is also available which allows the furnace to be fitted with a fuel oil, natural gas, or propane burner.

As the leader in the industry, Central Boiler has developed the E-Classic 2300, the outdoor wood furnace that shatters virtually every preconceived notion about emissions and efficiencies of wood heating. The E-Classic 2300 uses a three-stage combustion process to burn wood so completely that combustion efficiencies approach 100%. With the patent-pending, self-cleaning heat exchanger, the 2300 produces extremely low emissions per Btu of heat delivered and is one of the cleanest ways to heat with wood. It can heat multiple buildings, domestic water, shops and more, and can replace multiple indoor wood stoves. Burning wood (a totally renewable resource) results in no net increase in carbon dioxide, a major greenhouse gas emission.
1. Fusion® Combustor - Super heated air is injected into the hot gasses from the primary firebox resulting in three-stage controlled combustion. No catalytic device needed.
2. Reaction Chamber™ - Final combustion takes place in Reaction Chamber resulting in near zero ash because of the high burn temperatures. The wood is significantly reduced and any remaining ash can be easily removed from the ash collection area.
3. Backup Dual Fuel System - (Dual Fuel model only) Can automatically provide heat with a gas backup burner if the operator does not refuel the furnace with wood.
4. Push Button Automatic Gas-fired Wood Ignition - (Dual Fuel model only) Provides an easy start and ensures you will never need to light another fire.
5. EPA Hangtag - The E-Classic 2300 is U.S. EPA Hydronic Heater Program qualified and has met the Phase 2 emissions level.
6. Urethane Foam Insulation - Insulation is sprayed on and forms a 100% airtight, waterproof seal around the water jacket.
7. Lockable Firebox Door - Ergonomically designed door features a large opening for easy loading. The heavy-duty door handle is durable and easy to use. Door is triple insulated for maximum efficiency. All parts are powder coated for high durability.
8. Cam Loc® Door Closure - The specially designed curved ends of the door closure fit precisely around the adjustable bearings, guaranteeing a tight seal each time the door is closed.
9. Rear Access Panel - Designed for convenient installation and easy access to pumps and power disconnect. Furnace is plumbed for up to three pumps.
10. FireStar™ Electronic Controller - (Dual Fuel model only) Provides user with easy operation of the furnace with just the touch of a button. Optimizes the burn and saves wood.
Adjustable Digital Water Temperature Display - (Wood only model) The adjustable temperature controller allows the user to adjust the operating temperature of the furnace.
11. High Capacity Water Jacket - Provides a balance between firebox volume and water capacity for optimum performance and safety.
12. Insulated Chimney - A certified chimney for wood burning appliances. Two 4-foot class A chimney sections are standard. Additional sections available for extending chimney when needed.
13. All-Weather Steel Siding - All siding is overlapped for tighter weather seal. All panels and corners are powder coated for high durability.
14. Bypass Door - For redirecting exhaust when refueling.
15. Photo Electronic Controlled Night Light - Light can be set to automatically turn on at night.
